7PM Global Consulting is headed by Brian Gray, an experienced marketer, researcher, writer and presenter, based in the United Kingdom. With over two decades of commercial experience working for renowned research agencies, smaller marketing consultancies and his own businesses in the fields of marketing and intelligence/security, he has amassed a formidable knowledge base and skill set. As well as having an MSc in Marketing and BA(Hons) in International Relations, he’s a full Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM).
Brian is an ambitious, solution-oriented qualified marketing and mixed-methods research professional. Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, he forges effective relationships with people from different countries, cultures, sectors and levels of seniority.
As a marketer with a key interest in branding, corporate identity, planning and strategy he has been involved in all of these areas to different degrees.
As a researcher, he possesses a genuine love for the research process (both primary and secondary data, with mixed method proficiency) matched with a highly analytical and pragmatic mind, adept at uncovering insights and leading narratives. Agency project end-clients have included major international blue chip companies across a number of industries, including aerospace, technology, FMCG (including online fashion, drinks, confectionery, DIY), leisure, travel, financial services, property and construction.
As a communicator, he is a seasoned writer and presenter, explaining propositions, concepts and findings clearly and concisely in the required style either in person or by electronic/written means to senior audiences.
And, as a former intelligence educator and commentator, as well as politics and economics lecturer, he maintains a keen interest in these areas as well as staying on top of wider geopolitical and security issues.
AND THE MISSION?
That’s pretty simple too. There’s no grandiose or pretentious mission statements around here that leave heads scratching or worse, cause ridicule where not intended. Nope, the 7PM mission is straightforward:
Providing a conscientious, professional service (at a mutually appropriate price and level of investment) to clients in the market research and intelligence sectors as well as enterprising, ambitious SMEs from a variety of key sectors that will leave clients satisfied to the extent that they’d recommend 7PM without hesitation.
